We encourage any request of this nature to be marked “URGENT”. Please provide a link to the content and we will immediately action this. Please note, we can only accept a removal request from the person who is the person in the photographs.

We will provide any authorised body, in any country, with a witness statement and information, and any support needed in any prosecution in any criminal or civil proceedings for any act of revenge pornography.

We will carry out a reasonable search on request of our system for any information supporting a prosecution of content which was at any time on our site. It is however a fundamental principle of the site that once a game has been won, or a players content posted for the prescribed period of time, the content is then deleted. We do not hold copies of the content as this would be against the principles and agreements we have with anyone who submits content to this site.

We will keep this policy, and any of our procedures under review and reserve the right to amend this policy or our games with no notice to any of our users. We must reserve this right, as the protection and safety of our players and innocent parties must be our number 1 priority.
